Bennettasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how soon the Government intend to implement paragraph 33 of their observations on the 11th report of the Expenditure Committee (Command Paper No. 6494) and make available powers to the juvenile courts to collect fines imposed on children from their parents if the children do not pay the fines.
