§ Mr. Kenneth Clarkeasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will place in the Library copies of all working documents that his Department has supplied to the working party that has been set up with the Labour Party and the TUC to study the feasibility of an early introduction of the full child benefit scheme.
