§ Mr. Mike Thomasasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he proposes to consult environmental organisations, particularly those sponsoring locally based insulation projects, about the aims, purpose and nature of the Housing Development Directorate "Better Insulated House" study.
§ Mr. ArmstrongThe "Better Insulated House" study is already well under way; therefore consultation with other bodies would not be appropriate at this stage. However, my officials are always interested to hear from other organisations and individuals engaged in similar studies.
