§ Mr. EnnalsMy announcement covered only the voluntary organisations working in England. The distribution of grants to voluntary organisations working in Scotland is the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland and I understand that he has not yet determined the amount to be allocated for this purpose in 1977–78.
