§ Mr. Tim Rentonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, in the light of the Chancellor of the Exchequer's public expenditure cuts, he will cancel his plans for improvements to the A23 south of Pease Pottage, which are based in traffic forecasts for 1995; and whether he will issue a public announcement of this cancellation in order to remove planning blight.
