§ Mr. Hicksasked the Minister for the Civil Service if he will introduce legislation designed to widen the terms of reference of the cases eligible for investigation by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration to include pension rights, including those public servants, both civil and military.
§ Mr. Charles R. MorrisI refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for Sevenoaks (Sir J. Rodgers) on 18th March. Pension matters affecting public servants come within the scope of paragraph 10c of Schedule III to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act.
