Mr. Wm Ross

asked the Attorney-General how many persons were prosecuted for taking part in illegal marches in Northern Ireland in 1975 and in 1976; who were the organisers of the marches concerned; and how many persons were convicted and: (a) fined, (b) fined and imprisoned and (c) imprisoned as a result of these marches.

taking part in a public procession may commit an offence. There have been no prosecutions for contravention of this subsection in 1975 or 1976.
