§ Mr. Robert SheldonEmployers' national insurance contributions are currently paid on gross weekly earnings with an upper limit of £95 per week. Those employees earning below £13 per598W week are excluded. Both limits will be reviewed in the autumn. The additional two percentage points will be on the same basis.
