asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many motoring offences were heard in each of the magistrates' courts in the Leek parliamentary constituency in each of the past five years; and what proportion of all cases heard these figures represented.

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many convictions there were for dangerous driving in the Leek parliamentary constituency in each of the past five years.

Dr. Summerskill

In 1971 and 1973 there were 11 and 12 convictions respectively for dangerous driving in the magistrates' courts at Biddulph, Cheadle and Leek in the Leek constituency. Figures for 1972, 1974 and 1975 could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
