§ Mr. Nobleasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if, in view of the grant recently announced for the TUC and independent trades unions for industrial relations education, he will designate additional moneys for polytechnics, colleges of further education, the responsible bodies and other educational institutions to enable them to appoint additional teachers in this field.
