asked the Secretary of State for Defence what is the range of COD Gannet; whether it is intended that helicopters will be used for carrier onboard delivery with HMS "Invincible". and its sister ships of the same class; and by what percentage the range will be reduced compared with the Gannets.

Carrier on-board delivery, if by RN Gannet, can be made to ranges of up to 500 miles. In the case of HMS "Invincible" and class, COD will be by helicopter, with no reduction in range.
