§ Mr. Harold WalkerNo. The Chairman of the Health and Safety Commission informs me that, as required by Section 28(8) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, inspectors have kept persons employed at the site and their representatives adequately informed about matters affecting their health, safety and welfare by giving them, both verbally and in writing, factual information relating to the site and information about action to be taken.
