Mr. Carson

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) between March and 31st December 1975, how much was spent by Ben Sherman (1975) Limited on advertising; and what was the net cost of renting stands at various trade fairs for sales promotion;

(2) how many members of staff of Ben Sherman (1975) Limited between March and 31st December 1975 took part in sales promotion; and what was the total cost of entertainment and hotel expenses etc. in such promotions.

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what part of the total of £994,000 paid by the Department of Commerce between March and 31st December 1975 to Ben Sherman (1975) Limited was for (a) assets, (b) stock, (c) goodwill and (d) working capital, respectively.
