§ Mr. John FraserThe measures announced on 24th September were designed to mitigate the worst effects of unemployment in all parts of Great Britain by helping up to 100,000 people obtain jobs which they otherwise would not have had. I would expect new towns, along with the rest of Great Britain, to benefit from these measures.
