§ Mr. Gregor MackenzieMy Department makes every effort, with the aid of the various regional incentives, to find buyers or tenants for vacant factories in the assisted areas. In addition one of the tasks of the National Enterprise Board, when established, will be to set up, or promote the setting up of, new industrial undertakings in areas where jobs are needed.
