Those marked with an asterisk have been made by the Secretary of State for Employment; those with a dagger have been made jointly by the Secretaries of State for Employment and Energy.
The Health and Safety Commission will probably be submitting proposals for two sets of regulations before the year end. In addition, there may be further proposals for regulations in respect of particular coal mines.
