§ Mr. William RossInformation about presentations and passes in the Scottish Certificate of Education Higher and Ordinary grade examinations is published in the annual reports of the Scottish Certificate of Education Examination Board, which are laid before Parliament.

From that year these schools were included as comprehensive if their intake was from a comprehensive junior high school. The figures for comprehensive schools include pupils at a few schools which provide fully comprehensive courses but which have a selective intake from some of their feeder primary schools.
