Mr. Alan WilliamsThe National Consumer Council was consulted about this and other aspects of the Government's counter-inflation policy in July and we shall be discussing it further with consumer organisations, including the NCC, when our current consultations with industry and trade have reached the point where the likely shape of the price restraint scheme is clearer.
