§ Mr. Bodyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will issue a circular to area health authorities advising them that it is desirable that before meetings of the authorities take place the local newspapers in the area should be able to see the papers attached to the agendas or appropriate summaries of them.
§ Dr. OwenNo: the attention of health authorities has already been drawn to the provisions of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 which apply to their meetings.
