(2) when he expects to have the Electricity Council's appreciation of plastic token prepayment electricity meters available; and whether he will place this in the Lobrary.
§ Mr. EadieThe electricity industry is evaluating the latest developments in plastic token operated prepayment meters. My right hon. Friend has asked to be informed of its conclusions, and he will consider whether it would be appropriate for a copy of its report to be placed in the Library.
