§ Mr. Reidasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what is his policy towards the notification of all sterilisation operations on under-16 year olds in Scotland and the appointment of local ethical committees to approve such operations as suggested in the Department of Health and Social Security discussion document of 3rd November.
§ Mr. William RossI propose to consider in consultation with the interests concerned whether any advice should be issued on this question.
