§ Mr. Gordon Wilsonasked the Secretary of State for Energy what proportions of total estimated NCB capital expenditure have been earmarked for Scotland in the next five years; and if he will also express the figures in percentage form.
§ Mr. EadieThe board informs me that its planned capital expenditure in Scotland for the current financial year—1975–76—is £12 million. This is 5½ per cent. of the board's allocation for capital expenditure on mining for the year.
The board is not able to provide corresponding figures for future years.
