§ Mr. MoyleThe document "Strategy for the Development of the Health and Personal Social Services in Northern Ireland", which was published by the Northern Ireland Department of Health and Social Services earlier this month, sets out the objectives and guidelines within which the health and social services boards will plan and provide services in the coming years. The rate of implementation of any plans for development will depend upon the availability of finance and manpower.
