§ Mr. CarmichaelThe main forms of Exchequer aid are as follows: Loans to harbour authorities for harbour improvements are available in suitable cases under the Harbours Act 1964, provided the harbour is neither a fishing harbour nor a marine work.
695WGrants are available under the Fisheries Act 1965 to any harbour where the works would promote the maintenance or the development of the fishing industry.
