§ Mr. William RossPart of the cost of the Scottish Office car pool is charged against a number of departmental services to which vehicles are allocated; and the rest forms part of the expenditure on vehicles generally, including specialist vehicles. Expenditure relating to the car pool alone could not be extracted without disproportionate labour.
