§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many prisoners on parole have been mistakenly recalled from parole in the last 12 months; what is the average time they have spent in custody after their recall; and whether there is any scheme to compensate them.
§ Dr. SummerskillWe know of only one complaint of mistaken recall which is under investigation. If my hon. Friend has another case in mind we shall look into that also.
