§ Mr. Michael Lathamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether the Standing Consultative Committee on Housing of his National Consultative Council has officially been disbanded; if so, on what date; and by what formal means he consults representatives of the various sections of the housebuilding sphere, other than in bilateral discussions between his Department and individual organisations.
§ Mr. FreesonThe Standing Consultative Committee has not been disbanded. There has been no recent need to convene it in view of the many consultations, both formal and informal, which take place with the bodies concerned.
