adopted by the Health and Safety Executive for bringing to the notice of factory occupiers the fact that Factory Inspectorate Technical Data Notes have been published that are relevant to their premises.
§ Mr. Harold WalkerI have been informed by the Chairman of the Health and Safety Commission that Technical Data Notes are brought to the attention of factory occupiers mainly during inspection of premises by Her Majesty's Inspectors of Factories. Publicity for the availability of Technical Data Notes is also achieved by means of lectures, articles in trade and specialist journals and references in other official publications. A list of Technical Data Notes is included in the Government Publication Sectional List No. 18 which itself is published by Her Majesty's Stationery Office 663W and is distributed free of charge by Her Majesty's Stationery Office and the Health and Safety Executive.
