§ Mr. Andersonasked the Secretary of State for Wales when he will reach a decision on the proposals submitted by the Swansea City Council to him on 6th March 1975 for declaration of the Plasmarl and Lower Morriston areas of the city as general improvement areas.
§ Mr. John MorrisI am considering the declarations in the light of further information sent to the Welsh Office on 17th September, and will reach a decision shortly.
