Mr. Roderick

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many Government Departments are accommodated in buildings which carry the name "Oldway"; and where they are situated.

Four Government Departments in eight locations in Wales are accommodated in buildings which carry the name "Oldway".

Details are:

Oldway House, Bargoed Department of Employment (including Employment Services Agency).

Oldway House, Merthyr Tydfil Department of Health and Social Security; Department of the Environment (Driving Test Centre); Her Majesty's Customs and Excise.

Oldway House, Pontypridd Department of Health and Social Security; Department of Employment (including Employment Services Agency).

Oldway House, Perth Department of Health and Social Security.

Oldway Centre, Swansea Department of the Environment (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Centre).

Oldway House, Swansea Department of Health and Social Security; Her Majesty's Customs and Excise.

Oldway House, Morriston, Swansea Depatment of Health and Social Security.

Oldway House, Treorchy Department of Health and Social Security; Department of Employment (including employment sevices agency); Department of the Environment (Driving Test Centre).

In addition Her Majesty's Customs and Excise occupy accommodation at Castle House, Merthyr Tydfil, which is leased from Oldway House development (Pontypridd) Ltd.
