§ Mr. Greville Jannerasked the Secretary of State for Employment when he expects to publish a consultative document concerning the disclosure of information to independent trade unions under the Employment Protection Bill.
§ Mr. BoothI shall not be publishing a consultative document on disclosure. The Employment Protection Bill requires the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service to produce a code of practice on disclosure, to publish a draft of that code and to consider any representations 505W made to it about the draft. The Service will then transmit the draft to my right hon. Friend and, if he approves of it, he is required to lay it before both Houses of Parliament.
