§ Mr. Alexander W. LyonI believe the hon. Member has in mind cases in which stolen property has been sold to a third party who purchased it in good faith. I am not convinced that there is a need for fresh legislation to cover such cases, but if the hon. Member cares to write sending me details of the particular problem he has in mind, I will let him have a fuller reply.
