§ Miss Joan LestorI have little to add to my predecessor's reply of 7th March 1975 to my hon. Friend—[Vol. 887, c. 532.] By the end of this month all the first meetings of the fresh series of regional conferences will have been held; but it will be some time before any regional reviews of provision for the handicapped are completed. In the meantime the Warnock Committee is considering the whole question of the extent to which handicapped children should be educated in ordinary schools, whether in special units or otherwise.
