§ 55. Mr. Doigasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will increase the disregard of £1 for those persons receiving a supplementary pension.
§ Mr. O'MalleyFrom 17th November 1975 the £1 disregard applying to miscellaneous items of income will, in general, be increased to £4. The disregard for occupational pensions will remain at £1; but these pensioners will be able to benefit from a disregard of other income, up to a further £3.
