§ Mr. StrangFollowing complaints of harassment from tenant farmers in South-East Wales, representatives of the agriculture industry and the interested professional organisations have been consulted. The bodies concerned are the National Farmers' Union, the Country Landowners' Association, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers. I have decided to propose, as soon as the parliamentary timetable permits, changes in the agricultural holdings legislation to deal with this matter.
