§ Dr. OwenNo. Very little information is as yet available on the efficacy of the treatment being offered in the USSR for retina pigmentoso but my Department is monitoring the situation carefully. It would be wrong to raise premature hopes about the use of this serum in advance of its assessment through controlled clinical trials.
