§ Mr. Tebbitasked the Secretary of State for Industry in what manner he proposes to indicate in his answers to Parliamentary Questions and in corespondence concerned with any matters pertaining to the EEC with honourable Members and others if he is speaking for himself or for the Cabinet.
§ Mr. Benn:Answers to parliamentary Questions and correspondence from my Department dealing with these matters will reflect Government policy.
