§ Mr. James Johnsonasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what action he is taking to reduce the imports of fish fillets into the United Kingdom from Norway and Iceland; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Bishop:The Government are well aware of the problems being caused by low-priced imports in the present depressed state of the market for fish. Action is in hand and I am confident that solutions can be found. I do not think it would be helpful for me to say more at the moment.
