§ Mr. Mike Thomasasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he expects to be able to publish or provide to the House a detailed breakdown of United Kingdom-EEC trade in invisibles for the years 1972, 1973, and 1974.
§ Mr. Dell:Considerable efforts are being made to compile estimates of the United Kingdom's invisible transactions with the institutions and other member countries of the EEC in ways which would entail the minimum of additional form filling. It is hoped to publish the results later this year, possibly during the summer. The estimates will relate only to the EEC taken as a whole, and the available information on particular components may be insufficiently reliable to permit separate publication.
