§ Mrs. Haymanasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether the provisions of the departmental leaflet "Help With Heating Costs" [OC2] November 1974 supersede paragraphs 71–2 of the Supplementary Benefits Handbook published in February 1975; and if so, whether she will arrange to amend the handbook accordingly.
§ Mr. Alec Jones:The handbook went to press before the provisions outlined in 460W the leaflet "Help with Heating Costs" had been settled but details will be published next month in the second edition of "SBC Notes and News" which is issued by the Supplementary Benefits Commission to social workers and others to supplement and up-date the handbook.
