§ Mr. Carmichael:The scheme proposed in draft orders published in May 1973 is being redesigned to conform to the revised standards for rural all-purpose roads and to meet objections. New draft orders are expected to be published late this year and, subject to the consideration of any objections, a decision will be reached as quickly as possible.
