§ Mr. Kinnockasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will place in the Official Report details of progress made in the negotiations about the termination of the Simonstown Agreement with specific reference to any undertakings which he proposes to give about future co-operation between the Armed Services of Great Britain and the Republic of South Africa.
