§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Trade when he proposes to introduce legislation to revise the laws relating to bankruptcy in line with the recommendations of the Blagden Report.
§ Mr. Clinton DavisI would refer the hon. Member to the answer which I gave to my hon. Friend the Member for Walsall, South (Mr. George) on 24th February 1975.—[Vol. 887, c.35.]—So far as the Blagden Report is concerned, the hon. Member will be aware that the committee expressed the view that, with the exception of the provisions concerning discharge, the basic structure of the bankruptcy law was generally sound and well suited to its purpose.
