§ Mr. Spearingasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what is the nature of the business concerning sugar at the ACP countries to be discussed at the next Council of Agricultural Ministers.
§ Mr. StrangThe council is expected to consider Articles 31 to 36 of draft Instrument R/2717/74, in particular the proposed levy on ACP raw sugar which is refined in an establishment other than a pure refinery. An explanatory memorandum on this instrument was submitted to the House on 7th November 1974.
