§ Mr. KaufmanThe working party consists of officials with appropriate responsibilities drawn from the Departments concerned who are advising me about the merits of investment in steel-making capacity at Shotton and Port Talbot, taking account of both the social consequence and the implications for British Steel Corporation developments elsewhere.
