§ Mr. Alfred MorrisThere are standing arrangements for the continuous monitoring of the in-service record of three-wheelers provided by the Department, through a well established procedure for the investigation of reports of possible defects in design or manufacture and complaints about the performance of the vehicles. These are appraised in
