§ Miss Joan LestorNo. In so far as the correspondence in question dealt with matters not covered in my right hon. Friend's answer to the hon. Member's Question on 13th June 1975—[Vol. 893, c.282–83.]—it conveyed advice from an officer of my Department as legal adviser to the Agricultural Research Council. It is not the practice to disclose such advice.
