§ Mr. Alec JonesAs indicated in my right hon. Friend's statement to the House on 22nd May—[Vol. 892, c. 1623–1630.]—supplementary benefit scale rates are being increased with effect from 17th November, as, too, are the special additions payable to people in need of extra heating.
