§ Dr. OwenThere has been continuing close liaison between Departments over the provision of facilities in new towns, and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services has indicated to regional health authorities that she would be willing to authorise starts on five major schemes in new towns in 1975–76. The programme for 1976–77 onwards has not yet been drawn up.
