§ Mr. Carter-Jonesasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will introduce extra allowances for the blind and the severely disabled in order to offset their inability to shop around and thereby take advantage of the cheapest prices available.
§ Mr. Alfred MorrisMy hon. Friend will be well aware of the many new and improved benefits for the disabled which are either already available or on their way. I have no further proposals to make at this stage.
